Become part of our Customer Management team in Boston, where we enable organizations to start their climate action journey, both at the product and company level. We help companies measure their carbon footprints, set goals, define reduction strategies, finance climate projects and communicate their efforts transparently. For leading companies, we embed climate action into their business through our unique certification – ClimatePartner Certified. In this position you will:

We help companies measure their carbon footprints, set goals, define reduction strategies, finance climate projects and communicate their efforts transparently. For leading companies, we embed climate action into their business through our unique certification – ClimatePartner Certified. In this position you will:
- Act as a customer manager across various industries such as Consumer Goods & Retail, Food & Beverage, Clothing, Energy, and Finance
- Calculate corporate and product carbon footprints (Scope 1, 2 and 3)
- Support and guiding our clients through our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool
- Help with the collection of quality input data for carbon footprints
- Research and assign emission factors to improve our database as well as ensure alignment with various standards (e.g.GHG Protocol, SBTi) to improve our carbon footprint software and reports
- Support our clients in identifying carbon hotspots and devising carbon reduction strategies at a high level
- Present results of the footprints and facilitate discussions around next steps
- Lead workshops with our clients on goal setting, reduction strategies, renewable energy and offsetting strategies
- Prepare proposals for clients based on their needs
- Provide insights on sustainability claims, communications and marketing initiatives based on the core pillars of transparency and credibility
- Collaborate with colleagues in the US and Europe
