(Senior) Accountant (m/f/d)

What you will do

You are responsible for the creation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB for our German entities.
You are the interface between group accounting and the tax advisors of our entities abroad and ensure that their weekly reports are delivered completely and timely
You secure IC reconciliation between the entities of our group
You support as professional leader for the accountants in your team
You work operationally as part of the team
You ensure correct bookkeeping, G/L account clarification, monitoring and calculation of provisions, inventory and assets
You drive process optimization and quality management
You are the interface to tax advisors, authorities and auditors

Who you are

You have a degree as “Bilanzbuchhalter”, “Steuerfachwirt” or an university degree with focus on accounting
You have at least 5 years of work experience in this role and are confident in preparing financial statements in accordance with HGB
You have experience with DATEV, knowledge in LucaNet and Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central are a plus
You are communicative and like to drive change, optimize processes and develop new standards of work
You are fluent in English and German

Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB für unsere deutschen Gesellschaften.
Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Konzernrechnungswesen und den Steuerberatern unserer Auslandsgesellschaften und stellst sicher, dass deren Wochenberichte vollständig und zeitnah geliefert werden
Du unterstützt als fachliche Führungskraft die Buchhalter in deinem Team
Du arbeitest operativ als Teil des Teams
Du sorgst für eine korrekte Buchführung, Sachkontenklärung, Überwachung und Berechnung von Rückstellungen, Inventar und Vermögenswerten
Du treibst die Prozessoptimierung und das Qualitätsmanagement voran
Du bist die Schnittstelle zu Steuerberatern, Behörden und Wirtschaftsprüfern

Was du mitbringst

Du hast einen Abschluss als BilanzbuchhalterIn, SteuerfachwirtIn oder einen Hochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen
Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in dieser Funktion und bist sicher in der Erstellung von Abschlüssen nach HGB
Du hast Erfahrung mit DATEV, Kenntnisse in LucaNet und Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central sind von Vorteil
Du bist kommunikativ und hast Spaß daran, Veränderungen voranzutreiben, Prozesse zu optimieren und neue Arbeitsstandards zu entwickeln
Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch
