What you will do
Join us in helping companies of all sizes and industries take their own climate action today. We are dedicated to working as a team towards our common goal: improving lives. Become part of our Carbon Offset & Green Energy Services (COGES) team in Boston, where we support our clients in selecting or developing certified, high-quality projects to offset their unabated emissions.

  • Evaluate and complete “Request for Proposals” (RFP) and “Request for Qualifications” (RFQ) in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, legal, procurement) to gather and compile necessary information and documentation for proposals
  • You organize and prepare meetings and lead the project decision process
  • You support Sales and Customer Management in consulting clients regarding project portfolios
  • Implement and monitor processes to ensure continuous improvement
  • Track and analyze “Request For Proposals” (RFP) win/loss data to identify trends and inform future proposal strategies
  • You keep yourself informed about the voluntary carbon offset market and current developments
  • Develop and maintain a repository of standard proposal templates, boilerplate content, and responses to frequently asked questions.
  • You represent ClimatePartner at conferences and customer meetings
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and partners to understand their needs and expectations
Who you are
  • You have at least two years of relevant work experience in project management, business administration, consulting or similar areas
  • You already have knowledge of the carbon offset market
  • You have proven experience managing projects from initiation through completion
  • You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ideally, you are proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira), CRM systems, MS project, Excel and other relevant software
  • You have an independent and diligent way of working
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to contribute this to the development of our team
  • You are enthusiastic about the topics of sustainability and climate protection
  • You enjoy working in a team
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional, international teams and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
