- Manage carbon accounting projects for assigned clients, ensuringtimelydelivery, high quality, and alignment with both project profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a subject matter expert incorporateGHG accounting, covering all relevant Scope 1, 2, and 3 categories, along with Product Carbon Footprint lifecycle stages
- Support & deliver consulting projects related to CSRD, Net Zero, and Science Based Targets
- Act as the main point of contact for clients within assigned projects, leading meetings, calls, and workshops.
- Identifyand proactively communicate upselling opportunities to Account Management during ongoing client engagements.
- Support New Sales and Account Management in pitches and proposals for less complex prospects, providingexpertisein carbon accounting and climate solutions where needed.

What you will do
Who you are
- You bring up to 2 years of experience in sustainability, carbon accounting, or a related area.
- You are familiar with GHG accounting standards, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 methodologies.
- You have a solid understanding of sustainability and carbon reporting frameworks (e.g. SBTi, CDP, CSRD) and relevant regulations.
- You apply your technical knowledge confidently and deliveraccurate, high-quality work.
- You think analytically, turning data into clear insights and actionable outcomes.
- You effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time
- You communicate clearly and professionally in Italian and English with clients and internal stakeholders
- You are proactive and curious, always looking for ways to improve processes and create more value.
